Barbara Langdorf, Founder/President of SOS Financial Organizers Years ago, Barbara Langdorf realized that
her husband would be unfamiliar with their family finances if anything happened to her. He wouldn't know anything
like the kids' social security numbers or where their investments were held. So she decided to create a notebook for him that
gave him all the information he would need if she weren't around. After doing a little research online, Barbara discovered the National Association
of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and a professional organizing business was born.It turns out that being a professional organizer
was just the avenue to bring together her background in financial planning, legal accounting, probate and estate planning
and her abilities to get anything on paper organized. Over the past seven years, Barbara has attended many conferences and
workshops to bring you the best information, tools, products and strategies to get your paperwork and finances organized quickly
and easily. She is a FreedomFiler Certified Consultant. One of Barbara’s great joys is to speak to people
about getting organized. She has spoken to lots of groups, from Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) to the Whittier Home
Economists. She has been quoted in several publications about organization, including the Wall Street Journal. As owner
of SOS Financial Organizers for over 7 years, she achieved the status of Golden Circle Member with NAPO
in April 2008.Barbara
and her husband of 28 years, their two kids and two dogs live happily in Irvine, California.
